Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts has signed an agreement for a new Bvlgari Resort & Mansions in Abu Dhabi, scheduled to open in 2030.

Located on a private, horseshoe-shaped island, the new luxury retreat will extend Abu Dhabi’s iconic corniche. Access via a purpose-built bridge or by sea will enhance its secluded, exclusive character. The owner of the estate and partner for the project is Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate development company, founded by Mr. Mohamed Alabbar.

Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will be comprised of a main building with 60 guestrooms on various floor levels, including two Bvlgari Suites and a Bvlgari Penthouse, and 30 distinct beachside villas, each with a private pool. The cornerstone of the property will be the 12,916-square-foot Bvlgari Villa, which is set within its own private park that leads to a private beach with a 20-meter pool.

Other highlights of the luxury resort include:

  • the more than 21,500-square-foot Bvlgari Spa, which will have a 25-meter pool, a 10,763-square-foot fitness center, and an outdoor deck with views of the sea;
  • multiple restaurants and lounges, including Bvlgari’s signature Il Caffè (casual Italian), Il Ristorante – Niko Romito (contemporary Italian curated by three Michelin-star chef Niko Romito), Hōseki (Japanese), La Spiaggia (Middle Eastern cusine) and the spirited Bvlgari Bar;

  • a Bvlgari Dolci boutique, offering “chocolate gem” creations and Italian pastries;
  • and a concept store called La Galleria, which will offer a wide selection of products from hand-picked local and international designers.

Additionally, Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Abu Dhabi will be a base to a state-of-the-art yacht club, featuring its own private beach, exclusive membership program, and a 40-berth marina.

The residential component of the project will include 90 private mansions, ranging from 17,760 square feet to more than 26,900 square feet. They will be spread across eight estates, each with its own private beach.
