Hyatt Hotels Corporation along with the Scalesciani family, owner of Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and the David family, Mendoza entrepreneurs, have announced plans for Casa Duhau, a new-build luxury hotel in Mendoza, Argentina.
Expected to open in late 2027, the property will be the only hotel in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt portfolio in Argentina. It will be part of Reserva Alto Agrelo, a new development spanning nearly 1,000 acres that will also feature a premium winery and 116 luxury residential lots. Construction is slated to begin by the end of 2025.
Casa Duhau will offer 12 spacious suites in its main building and 40 villas strategically located throughout the property to ensure privacy and optimal views of the Andes Mountains.

Alto Agrelo, Mendoza, is one of the most significant wine regions in the world. Surrounded by nearly 100 acres of vineyards and fruit trees, the Reserva Alto Agrela development will also be home to Bodega Agrelia, a premium boutique winery, and Casa David – Wine & Horses, an equestrian club with an advanced veterinary clinic and training center for horses, 24-stall stable, a state-of-the-art laboratory, and more.

Casa Duhau will be located approximately 30 minutes from the city of Mendoza and 35 minutes from Mendoza International Airport – El Plumerillo.
