Hilton adds to Egypt portfolio

Hilton today announced the opening of the Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi.

The 255-key property, which has views overlooking the Nile River, is located in the urban Maadi district of Egypt’s capital city, close to The Museum of Civilization.

“Hilton has a strong legacy in Egypt, where we have operated for more than 60 years,” said Guy Hutchinson, president, MEA, Hilton. “The opening of Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi is just one exciting step towards our plan of tripling our portfolio in the country. The hotel is idyllically situated in the upscale district of Maadi, making it perfectly situated both for business guests and those looking to explore the capital’s rich culture and history.”

Developed by Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi has four food and drink outlets. O’Nile restaurant delivers dishes from international cuisines along with views of the Nile. Dayma offers an upscale Levantine experience. The Tonic Pool Bar & Restaurant serves a menu of light bites and cocktails. And the Lobby Lounge is a comfortable, relaxed space for guests to gather.

The property is also home to eforea Spa, the first-of-its-kind in Egypt. Other wellness facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with views of the Nile, an outdoor swimming pool and a kids pool.

In addition, Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi has a total of six meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 500 guests. All meeting spaces are equipped with the latest audio-visual technology.
