Hodges Bay Resort and Spa, a HQ Luxury Resort and Residences, has opened on the Caribbean island of Antigua, marking the debut of HQ Hotels & Residences, the new lifestyle hospitality brand spearheaded by Sam Nazarian, the founder and CEO of sbe, through a strategic alliance with Wyndham and its Registry Collection Hotels brand

Hodges Bay Resort and Spa sits on eight acres of tropical gardens and a sandy beach on Antigua’s north shore. Its 79 accommodation options include suites, rooftop penthouses with private infinity pools, and luxury residences and oceanfront villas.
Since its opening in 2019, the resort has been awarded for its private island beach club, world-class contemporary art collection, and distinction as one of the most “Instagrammed Hotels in the World.”
HQ, which leverages sbe’s two decades of experience and expertise in lifestyle hospitality and entertainment, brings to the property a plethora of culinary and mixology experiences as well as entertainment programming from sbe subsidiaries, Disruptive Restaurant Group and Everybody Eats. Concepts will include the debut of Katsuya Beach by Chef Katsuya Uechi and Hecho Libre by Chef Wes Avila, as well as the return of day-nightlife and dining establishment XIV Beach Club.

HQ Hotels plans to open 50 hotels globally by 2031, 50 percent of which will be located in the United States.
