The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) is giving members of the broader incentives community complimentary, view-on-demand access to six breakout sessions from its 2023 Education Invitational.

Six of the Education Invitational’s most highly-ranked sessions will be released throughout the fall. And, the IRF reports, each session recording will be accompanied by “some great AI-generated resources, including the option to complete a quiz and apply for CE credit from SHRM and EIC’s CMP.”

The first session—Purpose & Value: Building Sustainability into Your Programs—is now available for viewing. It features an international panel – Nuria Candel, CITP, CIS, Regional Sales Director for Dorchester Collection; Rutger Hoorn, vice-president, Global Sales & Strategic Partnerships, Ovation Global DMC; Brandon Morrison, PhD, head of sustainability, Resorts World Las Vegas; and Allan Schweyer, chief academic advisor, IRF – discussing sustainability efforts, and how they impact the health and well-being of both the planet and people. They also explore how European sustainability efforts are in a different place than those in the United States, and share innovative and meaningful ways to imbed sustainability into programs.

The next session, Give Them What They Want: Incentive Travel Preferences, will be released on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.

The 2023 IRF Education Invitational took place at  Resorts World Las Vegas, Monday, June 5 to Thursday, June 8, 2023.  More than 530 incentive professionals attended the conference, which is considered the incentive industry’s premier education event.

The 2024 Education Invitational will take place May 28-31, 2024 at Baha Mar, Nassau, The Bahamas.
