INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit opened in the city’s trendy On Nut neighborhood on July 7, 2023.
Thailand’s first INNSIDE by Meliá property, the 208-room hotel is housed in a 34-storey building. It is the Spanish hospitality company’s fourth property in the Kingdom. Nautical-themed Meliá Koh Samui, wellness-inspired Meliá Phuket Mai Khao and urban hotel Meliá Chiang Mai opened in 2020, 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Situated at 1472 Sukhumvit Road, the new On Nut hotel is a 30-minute ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport and close to an array of services and attractions suited to business and leisure travelers including the On Nut BTS Skytrain station and Bangkok’s largest convention center, BITEC.
INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit offers eight accommodation categories under two umbrellas: INNSiDE Room and The Townhouse.
The ‘INNSiDE Room King’ and ‘INNSiDE Room Twin’ are each 215 square feet and feature a king-size bed and twin beds respectively, with the ‘INNSiDE Connecting Room’ at 430 square feet when one room with a king bed connects to another with two single beds. As their names suggest, the ‘INNSiDE Room King City View’ and ‘INNSiDE Room Twin City View’, each at 215 square feet, located on the hotel’s upper floors, offer full length windows looking over the city.
With city views, separate living area, bathtubs and showers, Chromecast, coffee maker and free premium minibar with local beer, ‘The Townhouse’ and ‘The Townhouse City View’ are each 430 square feet. ‘The Townhouse Two-Bedroom’ is just over 685 square feet.
Sleek, bright and predominantly white, all rooms are anchored by work desks and DreamMaker mattresses, In-room amenities include complimentary minibar items, organic bathroom amenities, natural cork yoga mats, 50-inch TVs, Wi-Fi and USB chargers.
Additional highlights of INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit include:
- a large co-working space on the 32nd floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and a hip café and lobby bar – The Open Living Lounge – manned by a barista during the day and a bartender at night;
- five meeting rooms and multifunctional areas designed to encourage creativity and productivity, such as the Big Ideas Space;
- three food and beverage outlets (The Giant Swing Pool Bar on the 34th floor, LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar (33rd floor), and The Kites Eatery, an all-day dining venue serving fresh Thai cuisine;
