Montage International is offering 24/7 digital health services to guests and associates at its U.S.-based Montage Hotels & Resorts and Pendry Hotels & Resorts via a new partnership with digital health and primary care provider, One Medical.
The collaboration offers guests a 30-day membership to One Medical’s full suite of digital health services, and annual memberships to all its US-based associates. It is being rolled out across four Montage Hotels & Resorts and two Pendry Hotels & Resorts properties as they reopen. It will also be offered at the upcoming Pendry West Hollywood and Montage Healdsburg (Sonoma) properties when they debut later this year.
Benefits of the One Medical membership offered to guests include:
- access to a One Medical provider within minutes over on-demand video chat or secure messaging during their stay or upon their return home;
- use of the One Medical app which allows travellers to work with the company’s virtual medical team to remotely triage symptoms, including COVID-19 related concerns, and to get a recommended care plan for their concerns or condition;
- the ability to handle a variety of other health concerns, from prescription renewals to remote assessment of skin conditions such as a rash, via the app;
- and in markets where One Medical also has offices, guests can make appointments for primary care needs, including COVID-19 testing.
