Crescent Hotels & Resorts announced management of the development of the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas.

The properties are slated to open in late 2025.

“This dual-branded project marks an exciting chapter for Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and we are honored to be part of this venture,” says Michael George, president and CEO of Crescent Hotels & Resorts. “As we progress towards the 2025 opening, we look forward to the journey of bringing together two exceptional hotels and contributing to the emerging Symphony Park, enriching the hospitality landscape in this dynamic destination.”

Constructed between the World Market Center and the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the five-storey development features two hotels connected under one roof, offering a combined 441 guestrooms. The development will also provide more than 18,000 square feet of adaptable ballroom and meeting space as well as seven entertainment suites.

The AC Hotel by Marriott / Element by Westin will contribute to the ongoing transformation of Symphony Park, a 61-acre, master planned multi-use development that is also currently home to the Cleveland Clinic-Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and the Discovery Children’s Museum. Other new developments in the area include an art museum and ongoing residential projects such as the 32-storey Cello Tower.

The property is a notable complement to the five-million-square-foot World Market Center, which recently added 315,000 square feet to its Exposition Center footprint including two new exhibit halls.
