Ennismore and LCH Development Limited have signed an agreement to bring two Ennismore branded properties to The Pinnacle, a $450-million USD development on Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The two Ennismore properties will mark the entry of Ennismore and its joint partner, Accor, on the Caribbean island. The Pinnacle development features four distinctively-designed buildings: three will offer 417 luxury residences and 12 private villas, while the fourth will be home to a 240-key branded luxury hotel. The Ennismore brands will be announced later in 2025.

“This partnership with Ennismore and Accor marks a pivotal milestone for The Pinnacle,” said Tanya Golaub, chief operating officer, LCH Development Ltd. “This collaboration provides a unique opportunity for Jamaica, through The Pinnacle, to enter the branded residence market, supported by the world’s second-largest branded residence operator. This sets a new benchmark for luxury in Jamaica, significantly contributing to and enhancing Jamaica’s position as a premier global destination.”

Phil Zrihen, head of Americas for Ennismore, said, “We’re excited to expand Ennismore’s presence in the Caribbean through this visionary project. This partnership reflects our commitment to bringing culturally rich, lifestyle-driven hospitality to new destinations with the support of local partners who align with our values. This project reaffirms Ennismore’s commitment to growing in the Americas, a crucial growth focus for the group.”

Construction of Towers One and Two of The Pinnacle is currently underway. Once complete, guests and residents will benefit from hotel-inspired services and curated lifestyle amenities, including a private club, spa, state-of-the-art sports facilities, diverse international dining options, and dedicated concierge and property management services.

A shared commitment to sustainability is also reflected in the partnership between Ennismore and LCH Development. The Pinnacle will incorporate environmentally-responsible features such as solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and living walls. Accor and Ennismore are aligned in their goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
