Hilton has signed an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings for a Conrad Hotels & Resorts hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Expected to open in 2027, Conrad Los Cabos will mark the brand’s debut in the Baja California peninsula, where Hilton currently has eight properties.
Designed by Legorreta Architects, the resort’s aesthetic is inspired by the region’s natural elements, featuring a terracotta and sand color palette, local materials, and art reflective of Baja California Sur’s flora and fauna.
Conrad Los Cabos will offer 175 accommodations, including 111 guestrooms with more than 500 square feet of interior space, over 200 square feet of outdoor living space, and private plunge pools. It will also have 21 contemporary suites overlooking the beach and featuring oversized plunge pools. Additionally, 43 Conrad Residences will feature two- to four-bedroom layouts, each designed with large terraces and outdoor living areas.
The resort will also have:
- a 3,000-square-foot spa with 10 treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a bridal suite with a full-service salon;
- numerous resort-style pools and outdoor decks;
- a lawn for social gatherings;
- five dining venues, including an all-day restaurant, specialty restaurant, pool bar and grill, and a lobby bar;
- luxury boutique shops;
- and more than 500 square feet of meeting space.
Conrad Los Cabos will be situated within OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf. A brand new 860-acre oceanfront resort community on the southern point of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula, it will be the flagship location for World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els‘ first golf course in Mexico.
“We are pleased to welcome Conrad Los Cabos to our expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico, a key market in Hilton’s growth across the Caribbean and Latin America,” said Dino Michael, senior vice-president and global head, Hilton Luxury Brands. “With its bold design, curated experiences, and locally inspired culinary offerings, Conrad Los Cabos will provide globally minded travelers with a refreshingly authentic connection to the destination. As Hilton’s third Conrad property in Mexico and the first to introduce Conrad Residences in the region, this remarkable resort reflects our dedication to redefining luxury in one of the world’s most sought-after travel destinations.”
