1 Hotel Mayfair, the UK flagship for 1 Hotels, is now accepting reservations ahead of its anticipated opening date of July 13, 2023.

The nine-storey sustainable property has 181 rooms including 44 suites. Overlooking Green Park in central London’s Mayfair area, it is conveniently located just steps away from the galleries, boutiques, restaurants and emporia of London’s Bond Street, Berkeley Square and Piccadilly.

Opting for reconstruction over new construction, the hotel, built to BREEAM Excellent standards, used 80 percent of the existing structure, which was repurposed to minimize adverse environmental impact.

Living green-trellised exterior walls transform former hard surfaces into vertical landscapes. A parking lot has been freshly cobbled and pedestrianized to create a beautiful public space that has been gifted to the neighborhood.

Two new floors were added to the top of the building. They are home to 35 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and large outdoor spaces.

The property also has Mayfair’s largest one-bedroom suite, the double-height Green Park Penthouse Suite. Featuring a wraparound terrace and retractable sliding doors, it is nearly 3,000 square feet and can be further expanded to two bedrooms at 3,370 square feet and three bedrooms at 3,660 square feet.
