Isla Mujeres and Costa Mujeres are set to welcome three luxury Marriott-branded all-inclusives in the next three years thanks to a partnership between All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy® and international developer AB Living Group (AB Living).

The three properties in the Mexican Caribbean are:

• Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort, Isla Mujeres opening in 2024
• JW Marriott All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres opening in 2026
• W All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres opening in 2026

Laurent De Kousemaeker, chief development officer, Marriott International, says Marriott is thrilled to collaborate with AB Living to bring JW Marriott, W Hotels, and The Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resorts to the Mexican Caribbean. “The resorts will elevate the current hospitality offering in the destination and further expand our luxury footprint in the region.”

The JW Marriott All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres will offer 238 rooms and suites, six dining destinations, and “mindfully designed spaces [that] will invite guests to foster meaningful connections and feed the soul.” The resort will also feature 53 residential units and ample meeting and event rooms.

The 300-room, adults-only W All-Inclusive Costa Mujeres is slated to feature indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, five globally-inspired restaurants, bars and lounges, and expansive swimming pools. It will be home to 10 residences and have more than 9,000 square feet of event space. The resort will be anchored by a 70,000-square-foot central entertainment venue – The Village – that will connect both resorts and house food and beverage offerings, event space, retail shops and more.

Almare, a Luxury Collection All-Inclusive Resort, an adults-only all-inclusive resort on Isla Mujeres, will have 105 rooms, four dining venues, two swimming pools and a beach club.

All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy encompasses nine of the hospitality company’s brands.
