AC Hotel by Marriott Ottawa Downtown will begin welcoming guests on April 24, 2025, reports RIMAP Hospitality Services Inc., one of Canada’s leading hotel management companies.

The opening marks a major expansion of RIMAP Hospitality’s regional footprint, which will see Moxy Ottawa Downtown open in early 2026 and the Renaissance Hotel debut in 2027.

Located at 201 Rideau Street in the heart of Ottawa’s ByWard Market district, the hotel is within walking distance of the city’s top business, cultural and entertainment destinations, including Parliament Hill and the historic Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• AC Kitchen, serving a refined European-inspired breakfast;
