Maybourne will open its newest development, The Maybourne Saint-Germain, in 2027. The palace-style hotel will have 101 keys and 23 ultra-luxury branded residences.
Located along the Rive Gauche in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris’ sixth arrondissement, the hotel and residences will be housed within the 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain, marking a new era for the historic building. The 23 residences will be designed by two renowned French designers, Pierre-Yves Rochon and Laura Gonzalez.
“Paris, with its elegance and timeless style, is an ideal match for Maybourne’s vision of luxury hospitality,” said Gianluca Muzzi, co-CEO, Maybourne. “Our presence in this iconic city reflects our commitment to creating elevated experiences that celebrate the local culture and our brand’s dedication to excellence. This opening marks an exciting step in our strategy to grow selectively in key urban getaways around the world, allowing us to build meaningful connections with our guests through rich and distinctive experiences.”
The Maybourne Saint-Germain will offer:
- 50 suites and 51 guestrooms;
- six food and beverage outlets, including a Japanese restaurant, patisserie, Salon de Thé, and more;
- and a 30-meter rooftop pool.
It will also be home to Surrene, Maybourne’s new wellness and luxury brand. A central part of the project, Surrene will be one of the city’s largest luxury spa and health clubs. It will offer immersive health, fitness and beauty services as well as access to a third pool within the property.
The 23 branded residences will be serviced by the hotel, and will include access to 25-meter pool exclusively for residents.
The Maybourne Saint-Germain is the company’s first property in Paris, and its second in France. It will join Maybourne’s portfolio of luxury bespoke hotels, including Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Emory, The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Maybourne Riviera.
