Submissions are now open for the Events Industry Council’s annual Global Awards competition.

The awards celebrate and honour exemplary achievements focusing on leadership at all levels within the global business events industry. This year’s categories are:

HALL OF LEADERS, recognizing lifetime achievement for those who have had a legacy impact on the global business events sector.

SOCIAL IMPACT AWARD, recognizing extraordinary effort on the part of an individual or organization in the areas of people, planet and prosperity.

ADAPTATION AND INNOVATION AWARD, recognizing extraordinary effort on the part of an individual or organization in the areas of adaptation and innovation to ensure the business events industry’s relevance now and into the future.

PACESETTER AWARD, recognizing emerging leaders whose forward-thinking and innovative approach has led to ground-breaking changes that are advancing the industry today.

The call for submissions is open until June 19, 2022. The winners will be announced at the Global Awards Ceremony, which takes place on October 10, 2022, during IMEX America in Las Vegas, Nevada.
