Lifestyle and leisure hospitality company Ennismore has announced its signing of The Hoxton, Nashville.
Set to open in 2027 in Tennessee’s Music City, the property will be located in the up-and-coming Pie Town neighborhood. It will offer more than 200 guestrooms in the five classic Hoxton categories: Snug, Cosy, Cosy Up, Double Double, and Biggy.
The Hoxton, Nashville will also offer:
- The Hoxton’s “Best of” range, a curated collection of bespoke products created especially for the hotel in collaboration with some of the city’s best independent artisans and brands;
- The Hox Gallery, a showcase of artworks from local artists within the hotel’s public spaces;
- an open-planned lobby with a unique restaurant, bar and coffee shop concept;
- a rooftop, poolside restaurant and bar on the eighth floor;
- a speakeasy offering late-night cocktails and entertainment on the lower level;
- The Apartment, a series of private rooms centered around a communal Pantry Kitchen, which can be used for a variety of gatherings;
- indoor fitness center;
- and an events terrace.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels rooted in culture and community, located in key cities across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. Today, the brand operates properties in 17 neighborhoods globally, including London, Barcelona, Rome, Paris, Amsterdam and Florence. New additions will open in Edinburgh and Dublin in 2025. In addition to The Hoxton, Nashville, recent signings in Oslo, Norway and Melbourne, Australia, will bring the brand to new regions for the first time in the coming years.
