MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, Highland Park Village Associates, and The Retail Connection have selected Auberge Resorts Collection to manage The Knox, a new urban retreat in the heart of Dallas’ Knox Street neighborhood.

The Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection will offer 105 rooms and suites, as well as 53 private, luxury residences.

The Knox: A new urban retreat

Located along the 3.5 mile Katy Trail, the boutique hotel and residences will anchor a four-acre luxury lifestyle development, which will also feature curated retail and restaurants, luxury office space, multifamily, and a new park connected to the 3.5 mile trail.

Amenities at the hotel will include a second floor restaurant, a series of spacious living rooms and outdoor lounges, large event spaces, an outdoor pool bar, a fitness center and movement studio. Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is leading the interior design of the hotel.

Dallas-based interior designer Chad Dorsey is creating the private residences. They will feature large living spaces, oversized closets, and two dedicated and exclusive amenity levels.

Residents of The Knox will also have access to a private club with a bar and lounge, sunroom, fitness center and indoor pool. In addition, they will have preferred access to Auberge hotel amenities.
