Accor took over the management of Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, a landmark hotel on southern Portugal’s Algarve coast.
Effective April 30, 2025, the 260-room hotel, just a 30-minute drive from Faro International Airport in Vilamoura, is now called Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, Managed by Accor.
It will be managed by global hospitality company under white label while it undergoes a comprehensive property improvement plan. Upon completion, Victoria Golf Resort & Spa will be fully rebranded as a Fairmont property.

Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, Managed by Accor is home to four restaurants, four bars, four swimming pools, a spa with six treatment rooms, a gym, kids club and direct access to the neighboring golf course. Rooms and suites are split between two wings and all have private balconies. Conference spaces can accommodate up to 700 guests.
The resort is located in Vilamoura, a town that offers pristine beaches, world-class golf (including the Victoria Golf Course, home of the Portugal Masters), excellent restaurants, designer brand retail, and a lively marina and casino. The region’s wineries, olive groves and fleur de sel fields are easily accessible, as are experiences such as cruising the Ria Formosa islands. Guests can also visit nearby Loulé, a hilly region with ancient ruins and a charming local market, and The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, a 11.5-km coastal hike.
