W Algarve, the W brand’s first property in Portugal, is now open.

The property offers 134 west-facing guestrooms and suites, alongside 83 W-branded residences. Rooms feature large, private balconies, duplex-style layouts and Portuguese-influenced design details including authentic tiles, dramatic headboards and bedside lanterns. Premium rooms include 10 WOW Suites, all featuring a private rooftop terrace.

The 2,100-square-foot signature E WOW Suite redefines the classic presidential suite. The sanctuary offers two floors of oceanside living space with a vibrant design that is reflective of the surrounding villages and scenic landscapes. The room features an ultramodern Bang & Alufsen® sound system and a rooftop terrace with gardens, a zero-edge lap pool, DJ mixing booth and dining space.

W Residences Algarve delivers the same amenities via one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.

The property’s dining program is overseen by legendary Portuguese chef Nuno Goncalves, who returns to the Algarve after 13 years spent at some of London’s most iconic restaurants. Guests can select from six venues: Market Kitchen , WET Deck, SIP @ WET, Paper Moon, Sea Sky and W Lounge (shown above).

W Algarve is also home to an AWAY® Spa with six treatment rooms, a hair salon, and a mani-pedi bar; an extensive indoor/outdoor fitness facility; and more than 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
