Located on the city’s historic Exchequer Street in a restored Victorian building (once the Central Hotel), The Hoxton Dublin will be home to:

  • 129 guestrooms in the brand’s classic categories (Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy), all featuring a color palette inspired by the autumnal Irish landscape (greens, auburns, deep browns) and a blend of traditional decorative details (scalloping, fringes) and contemporary details
  • Cantina Valentina, a ground-floor restaurant and bar serving up Peruvian flavors all-day, every day
  • Dollars, a laidback sandwich shop inspired by New York deli culture that transforms into a natural wine bar at night
  • Groundwork, a basement nightlife venue – a first for the brand – celebrating community, inclusiveness and classic club culture
  • The Library Bar (shown top of post), the design of which will honor the history of the local landmark with traditional furniture and dark timber

AIME Studios, Ennismore’s in-house design team, is leading the design of the property. The lobby space, with its bar and lounge, is intended to serve as the neighborhood’s unofficial living room. With nods to the traditional Irish pub, the space plays with more stripped back, industrial elements for a contemporary feel while at the same time paying tribute to the Viking history of the site discovered during development.

The Hoxton Dublin neighbors the city’s iconic Drury Street, which is filled with independent and vintage shops, artisan craft shores, and a multitude of spots to grab a coffee, a glass of wine and/or a pint of Guinness. The hotel is also close to two main shopping hubs, George’s Street Arcade and Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, and is within walking distance of Grafton Street (higher-end shops) and the Temple Bar neighborhood, with its Irish pubs, boutique shops and restaurants.

The Hoxton Dublin is the brand’s third opening this year, joining The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Edinburgh. Bookings are now open for the property.
