The Board of Directors of NEOM today announced the addition of an exclusive private golf community called Gidori to its evolving regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia.

Set in the coastal hills of the Gulf of Aqaba, Gidori will include an 80-room luxury boutique hotel, 200 private villas and homes, 190 seaview apartments, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a golf academy. It will also have a beach club, restaurants, lounges, spas, gyms, pools, hiking and cycling trails, and observation platforms.

Designed as an “ultra-modern community,” its architectural centerpiece is a beach-front complex with a cantilevered structure that will house the 190 luxury apartments alongside a range of dining experiences, signature retail stores and garden spaces.

Gidori’s 18-hole championship golf course sweeps inland through low hills and rocky outcrops. Designed to challenge golfers of all levels, it features coastal views and a clubhouse. The complementary golf academy will offer expert advice and coaching on the traditional game of golf as well as the next generation of e-sports. The development’s 200 individually-designed private villas and homes will be placed along the golf course.

The boutique luxury hotel will provide a variety of uniquely designed rooms and distinctive contemporary suites. It will also house restaurants, lounges, a well-being spa, a gym, multiple swimming pools and an exclusive theatre for curated entertainment.

Gidori’s natural surroundings offer opportunities for hiking, on- and off-road cycling, and scenic walks. Its beach club will offer an extensive selection of water sports for all ages. And, at night, the observation decks will provide exceptional views of the night skies.

Aligned with NEOM’s commitment to conservation and innovation, Gidori will deliver new standards of environmentally-responsible coastal development. It joins the  sustainable coastal tourism destinations previously announced by NEOM, which include Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, and Elanan.
