An exclusive private members beach club called Xaynor is the latest addition to NEOM, the evolving regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia.

A press release issued by NEOM’s Board of Directors explains that Xaynor will be positioned as the “epitome of ultra-chic resort luxury” and its design will complement its location on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba and be aligned with NEOM’s commitment to conservation and innovation.

Guests arriving at the secluded location will be greeted by a canopy entrance that blends with the natural landscape and provides a pathway down to the beach. The architectural style will integrate concealed retreats and expansive open spaces, giving guests the choice to mingle or have privacy.

Amenities at Xaynor will include private pools, beachside lounges, gourmet dining, a signature entertainment venue, and a world-class spa and wellness center. It will also offer boutique shopping and leisure options, “accompanies by members-only experiences in collaboration with internationally renowned brand partners in fashion, art, and lifestyle.”

This new development follows recent announcements of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, and Zardun, which are part of NEOM’s sustainable tourism destinations in the flagship region.
