Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will make its Dubai debut in 2029 with the opening of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai.

Both properties will be set in Peninsula Dubai, an upcoming landmark destination within the city’s waterfront district. The project is owned by Bright Start, a real estate investment company with a curated portfolio of residential, commercial, and high-end hospitality developments, with H&H, a Dubai-based developer, spearheading its delivery.

Rosewood Dubai will span more than 640,000 square feet, and include a 195-key hotel and eight private garden villas. Amenities and experiences planned for the luxury property include:

• private beach and beach club
• four distinct dining venues
• a dedicated wellness center
• immersive art, music, and culinary programming
• Explorers Club for younger guests

A residential tower adjacent to the hotel will be home to 63 residences and five beachfront villas. Residents will benefit from tailored amenities including a 24-hour concierge, spa and movement studio, padel court, private cinema, library, and lounge.
