IACC, the global association representing business event venue operators, has launched its brand-new website, featuring an AI-driven venue finder. This innovative tool provides meeting professionals with a faster, smarter and more accurate way to source venues worldwide, while retaining a traditional search function for added flexibility.
The new platform showcases over 400 IACC-certified hotels, resorts, conference venues and experiential venues across 18 countries, representing the top one percent of dedicated meeting venues worldwide. It provides planners with advanced search technology and practical resources, while venue operators can access case studies, research, knowledge sharing and improved account management. Together, these features support better meetings and strengthen engagement across the IACC community.
“At IACC, our goal has always been to provide super clear support and information to ensure that every meeting, conference, or business event is perfectly matched with the right host environment. Our 2025 Meeting Room of the Future report reinforces just how critical this is, with more than 200 meeting planners identifying the host venue as the number one factor influencing the success of their events, said Mark Cooper, CEO, IACC. “With our new website and the launch of what we believe to be the first AI-driven, globally available venue finder created by an industry association, we are putting a smarter, faster, and more accurate sourcing tool directly in the hands of meeting professionals worldwide.”
Nancy Lindemer, global chair of IACC, added: “What makes this launch truly special is the people behind it. Across our global network, IACC members and colleagues have helped shape not just the narrative but the very functionality of this new website. Together, we have created what we believe is the world’s first AI-driven business event search tool built by and for our industry association—using the terminology, specifications, and priorities that matter most to planners and venues alike. This is something to celebrate, and I am confident it will shape the success of our members and of IACC itself for many years to come.”
