Located on the Costa del Sol, just one hour from Málaga and 30 minutes from Marbella, Fairmont La Hacienda has been designed to create an immersive experience that blends modern comfort with Andalusia’s rich traditions.
The property features 311 rooms, suites, and private villas, each offering a refined blend of craftsmanship and contemporary style. Interiors are bright and airy, with light wood, organic textures, and warm cream tones. Panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea add to the sense of space, while carefully selected pieces by local artisans celebrate the region’s artistic heritage. The resort’s 47 private villas, each with its own pool and spacious terrace, are inspired by the whitewashed charm of an Andalusian village.
Fairmont La Hacienda’s five distinct dining venues highlight the region’s rich culinary traditions. The signature restaurant, led by two-Michelin-star Chef Benito Gómez, showcases creative dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Meanwhile, a relaxed poolside bistro invites guests to enjoy fresh Mediterranean cuisine in a casual setting.
As the sun sets, the resort’s private beach club transforms into a lively social spot, where guests can enjoy shareable dishes served at rustic wooden tables, along with refreshing drinks and expertly crafted cocktails. A highlight of the menu is the espeto – a traditional Málaga specialty in which fish, typically sardines, are grilled over firewood in a sand-filled boat.
The resort’s 19,375-square-foot spa offers holistic treatments featuring products from Subtle Energies and 111SKIN as well as expert manicures and pedicures in collaboration with renowned specialist Bastien Gonzalez. Its facilities include hydrotherapy pools, a hammam, and a dedicated yoga and fitness space.
Fairmont La Hacienda is backdropped by two renowned golf courses, including La Hacienda Links Golf, an 18-hole championship-standard course with sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
The resort also features elegant event spaces, including a grand ballroom and expansive outdoor venues.
