Anantara Hotels & Resorts, the experiential luxury brand of Minor Hotels, today debuted in India with the opening of Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur in Rajasthan.
Serving as a gateway to the Pink City’s many cultural attractions, the luxury property features extensive gardens (bagh is the Persian/Farsi word for garden) and architecture inspired classic Rajasthani royal palaces combined with the modern elegance synonymous with the Anantara brand.

Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur features 150 rooms and suites, all overlooking its inner courtyard. Design details include intricate tikru glasswork, hand-carved woodwork and golden leafing. Rich textiles in understated neutrals add heritage charm to Premier and Deluxe Rooms.
Suite options include:
- the 750+ square-foot Jewel Bagh One-Bedroom Suite, which features a separate living room with cozy window beds;
- the nearly 700-square-foot Anantara One-Bedroom Terrace Suite, which allows al fresco Jacuzzi soaks and outdoor dining in the balmy winter months;
- and the 1,862-square-foot Presidential Two-Bedroom Suite, which offers a combination of luxury indoor and outdoor spaces.
Event spaces at the hotel include five landscaped gardens and a pillarless ballroom. The largest garden, Amer Bagh, accommodates up to 1,000 guests, while the poolside Bawdi Bagh and the lawn of Mor Bagh are suitable for smaller groups. The Kohinoor Mahal ballroom hosts up to 300 attendees. Two smaller meetings rooms, Darbar Boardroom and Rang Mahal, accommodate up to 10 and 100 respectively.
Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur also offers:
