Lifestyle hospitality company Ennismore has signed SO/ Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates.

Set to open in November 2025, it is the brand‘s first all-inclusive resort outside of Europe and Ennismore’s first lifestyle hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.

Located at the entrance of Al Marjan Island, SO/ Ras Al Khaimah has 257 guestrooms and suites across seven categories, all offering uninterrupted sea views. The resort’s decor reflects the region’s culture and local nature. It ifeatures a color palette of sunset oranges, sandy stone shades, deep ocean teal and shades of green; the use of light walnut wood; and sandstone on the joinery with bronze metal details.

The hotel offers five culinary experiences curated by Ennismore’s global food and beverage platform, including:

• The Market, a casual restaurant from breakfast to dinner;
• Italian restaurant Chiano with fine Mediterranean cuisine;
• Levantine restaurant Hadaba;
• Floating World, a specialty restaurant serving Japanese and Pan-Asian dishes;
• and Savant, a high-end cocktail bar with live entertainment on the resort’s 10th floor.

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah also has two pool bars (Cabini and Bungalow), an independent beach club, and purpose-built spaces for meetings and events, including a function hall for up to 345 guests, a pre-function area and four flexible break-out and workshop spaces.

Wellness facilities at the resort include a spa and wellness area with treatment rooms, sauna, a cold water pool, and a fully-equipped gym. In addition, seven renowned golf courses are within an 11-kilometer radius of the property. Other outdoor activities available in the area include sunrise dune walks, horse riding, and kayaking.
