Hilton has announced a franchise agreement with Tsiledakis S.A to open Imperial Flair Chania Old Town, Curio Collection by Hilton, which will join two Curio Collection by Hilton hotels in Crete.

Set to open in 2026, the 85-room hotel will take a prime beachfront location in the town of Chania and all guestrooms will feature a private pool.

Imperial Flair Chania Old Town, Curio Collection by Hilton has two dining outlets, including a specialty rooftop restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness facilities, meeting space for business travelers, and on-site shopping outlets.

Crete, the largest of Greece’s islands and one of the most popular destinations for European tourists, offers a beautiful natural landscape, rich gastronomic culture and ancient historical sites. Chania, on the island’s northwest coast, is known for some of the island’s best beaches, as well as the Old Venetian Port of Chania, with its 16th-century lighthouse and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel will be located on the western seafront of Chania, right beside the Venetian Port and the Old Town, where the Municipality of Chania has approved a study for the redevelopment of the coastal front. Chania’s beaches and Old Town are within walking distance of the property, which is also just a short drive away are other Cretan beaches, including Elafonissi Beach, with its pink sand, and Balos Beach, with its shallow, turquoise waters.

Imperial Flair Chania Old Town, Curio Collection by Hilton will join the portfolio of four additional properties in Greece, including The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton, Lindian Village Beach Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton, Domes Aulus Elounda, Curio Collection by Hilton and Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton.
