Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Sohna Resort & Spa, marking the debut of its flagship brand in the Delhi-NCR region.

The signing is Hilton’s second hotel and management agreement with the Dangayach Group, following the recent landmark signing of the country’s first Waldorf Astoria in Jaipur.

Hilton Sohna Resort & Spa is slated to open in 2026. Spread across 9.3 acres, the 165-key resort will feature 105 Palace Rooms and 60 Villas, and offer vistas of Aravalli Hills. With more than 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the resort is ideal for incentive travel programs and other MICE events. It will also feature multiple dining outlets, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a designated spa zone.

Located in close proximity to the recently-opened Delhi Mumbai Expressway, Hilton Sohna Resort & Spa will offer easy access for travelers from both Delhi and Gurgaon.

“We are excited to bring Hilton’s flagship brand to Delhi-NCR and celebrate our deepening partnership with Dangayach Group,” said Navjit Ahluwalia, senior vice president and country head, India, Hilton. “As Hilton strategically expands across India, we look forward to welcoming even more guests with our signature hospitality, and delivering best-in-class performance and returns to our owners.”

“We are pleased to expand our partnership with renowned hospitality company Hilton, and leverage its strong global reputation and brand equity,” said Atul Dangayach, managing director, Dangayach Group. “With its proximity to business centers, good connectivity and planned infrastructure upgrades, Sohna is fast evolving as a popular MICE and leisure destination, and we take great pride in partnering with Hilton to set the benchmark for hospitality in this emerging destination.”

Sohna is a popular weekend getaway and vacation destination. Home to Damdama Lake and sites such as the Ruins of Kamboj, it is known for its medicinal sulphur hot springs and Shiva temple.
