New in-room wellness programming designed to make guests feel less stressed and more at ease while travelling is being introduced this month at select Accor properties in North and Central America.
Available at Fairmont, Sofitel and Swissôtel properties, the in-room wellness programming is offered via the hospitality company’s exclusive partnership with wellness technology company Three Sages. It focuses on restorative content, giving guests access to complimentary yoga, stretching, breath-work, mindfulness and sleep practices on their in-room entertainment system.
“We are delighted to partner with Three Sages to offer an industry-leading calibre, depth and breadth of in-room wellness offerings for our guests,” said Daniel Poulin, director of Spa and Fitness, Accor North and Central America. “During these stressful times, the option of having a comprehensive restorative wellness program like this to enjoy from the comfort of your room further elevates our guests’ overall experience while on property and alleviates some of the pressure from the travel experience.”
“Three Sages experiences are intended to help guests virtually connect with nature, find balance and ground themselves,” said Greg Commins, founder and CEO, Three Sages. “Our short format, nature-inspired programs are the ideal way to take a sip of wellness to de-stress, relax and recharge.”
Shot in spectacular outdoor locations such as Ojai, California and Joshua Tree National Park, the videos connect guests to nature. New content featuring Accor locations throughout North and Central America are in the works for next year.
The pilot program launched on September 23, 2020. Additional properties will be added in the coming year.
To support Accor’s commitment to employee wellbeing, complimentary access to the Three Sages app is also being offered to the company’s North and Central America employees.
