Kempinski Hotels announces third Thailand property

Nusa My Ozone and Kempinski Hotels have announced their collaboration on Kempinski’s third property in Thailand – Kempinski Hotel & Residences Khao Yai.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the 123-key property will offer 63 luxury guestrooms including an iconic suite, 48 branded residence condominiums spread across six buildings, and 12 two- and three-bedroom luxury pool villas.

Highlights of Kempinski Hotel & Residences Khao Yai include:

  • an all-day restaurant with cozy tearoom and private VIP room;
  • an upscale restaurant called Pollen, which will feature a cigar lounge and bar zone on one level and a sophisticated, fine dining area below it;
  • a banquet hall “immersed in nature” with a sprawling open lawn;
  • an Eco Pool with a natural pond ambiance;
  • a Signature Central Yard featuring an amphitheater;
  • and a spa and gym.

Kempinski Hotel & Residences Khao Yai will be adjacent to My Ozone Golf Club Khao Yai, an 18-hole golf course suitable for all levels that features Paspalum grass for excellent hitting surfaces, broad fairways, rolling hills, landscaped islands, and large complex style bunkers.

Khao Yai National Park is Thailand’s oldest and most famous park. Covering an area of 2,000 square kilometers on a forest-covered mountain plateau, it comprises several hills, two major rivers (Lam Takhong and Nakhon Nayok), some 20 waterfalls, and a wide array of plant and animal life.
