Kimpton Mas Olas Resort & Spa is now accepting reservations for arrivals on April 1st, 2024.
The third Kimpton property to open in Mexico, the boutique luxury resort is located in the coastal town of Todos Santos on the Baja Sur peninsula.
Kimpton Mas Olas has 103 guestrooms, including 12 oceanfront villas, spread across 27 buildings representing pueblo life in Mexico.
Thoughtfully designed in a contemporary, casual manner, the rooms feature clean lines and organic details of woven palo de arco walls, handmade tiles and light fixtures. Many of the rooms have outdoor showers, plunge pools and private roof decks. Each of the villas has its own plunge pool and fire pit, all of which blend into the natural landscape.

Kimpton Mas Olas also offers:
- three distinct restaurant and bar experiences – Kahal, Botánico and Centro – all of which highlight the region’s local bounty as well as produce from the resort’s on-site gardens;
- four outdoor pools;
- fitness center, Pilates studio and indoor and outdoor yoga shalas;
- 25,000-square-foot Botánico Spa;
- morning coffee and tea service and evening social hour;
- nine interconnected gardens providing a path from the desert to the ocean’s waves;
- zero plastics on-site policy;
- dark sky lighting to prevent light pollution;
- a water recycling system;
- electric carts and bikes for transportation across the resort;
- and furnishings and decorations crafted by local artisans.

Located an hour north of Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos is the only oceanfront town to receive the Pueblo Magico designation by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism.
