UK’s luxury Luton Hoo Hotel to fly Fairmont flag

Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa, a luxury property in Bedfordshire, UK, will be flying a Fairmont flag after undergoing a multi-million-pound redevelopment.

Arora Group, which acquired the hotel in December 2021, and Accor, Fairmont’s parent company, announced the agreement on June 28, 2023, demonstrating the growing partnership between the two companies.

Luton Hoo Hotel will join iconic Fairmont properties across the UK and Ireland, such as The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, in London; Fairmont St Andrews in Scotland; Carton House, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, in Ireland; and the Arora-owned Fairmont Windsor Park near historic Windsor.

Dating back to 1601, the five-star Luton Hoo Hotel is housed in a historic Mansion House on an estate that spans 1,100 acres of land on the border of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. The hotel is easily reachable from London or Cambridge. Its redevelopment is expected to take a few years.
