A new offer from Hilton will help planners meet the greatest challenge for events caused by the COVID-19 pandemic—the unknown.
Created to give planners and their clients the flexibility they need to feel confident about booking their event, the offer applies to bookings now through December 31, 2020 for meetings or events taking place now through May 31, 2021.
This new offer from Hilton includes:
- The Hilton EventReady with CleanStay elevated cleanliness and customer service standards for meetings and events, including meeting room seals, the EventReady Room Checklist and socially-responsible meeting room sets.
- Flexible cancellation with the Hilton Express Meeting Agreement, allowing short term meetings and events, with up to $50,000 USD budget, to cancel without penalty up to eight days in advance of arrival.
- Double Hilton Honors Event Planner Points, enabling planners to earn two points per $1 USD spent on guest rooms, meeting rooms and more on qualifying events at participating hotels within the Hilton Honors Planner program.
