Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Tribute Portfolio Resort will open its doors this fall in the Florida Keys.

The upscale property is set to become the crown jewel for the Islamorada Resort Collection, which also includes Amara Cay Resort and La Siesta Resort & Villas. It is the first location in the Florida Keys for Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, which is comprised of characterful, independent hotels.

Named for the three bodies of water that surround the Florida Keys (the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean), Three Waters Resort & Marina spans 15 acres of oceanfront property in the “Sport Fishing Capital of the World.” It will feature 214 island-inspired guestrooms, nine distinct new dining concepts, and a wide variety of authentic and upscale experiences.
