“Our premier suites are truly incredible and unique in Orlando and are regularly in high demand,” notes Thomas Steinhauer, regional vice-president and general manager of Four Seasons Resort Orlando. “We’re excited to offer additional special experiences for those reserving our new suite packages in celebration of Disney’s 50th Anniversary.”

Adding one of these group packages enhances meeting planners’ ability to work with Disney Celebrations and Events to arrange for Disney character appearances including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and other beloved characters for private meet-and-greets, right in the event spaces at Four Seasons. Planners can also host special events off-site in the Disney theme parks, incorporate gifting with Disney-inspired touches, and also create a micro-website for ticketing needs just for their group. Private bus transportation can be arranged to take large groups directly to the parks for these group outings.

As central Florida’s only Five Diamond rated property, Four Seasons Orlando, offers 38,000 square feet of light-filled meeting space, including two ballrooms, numerous breakout rooms, and lakeside event lawns, providing a versatile variety for groups to convene. As of June 2022, the resort’s restaurant, Capa Steakhouse, received a one-star Michelin rating in Florida’s first Michelin Guide Miami, Orlando and Tampa.

To ensure no stone goes unturned, the resort offers numerous recreation components for incentive travel guests, including a five-acre Explorer Island waterpark featuring a lazy river, two water slides, a family pool, an interactive splash zone, a multi-use turf sport court, a basketball court, and rock-climbing wall. Additionally, groups can enjoy 18-holes of Tom Fazio golf, three Har-Tru tennis courts, and a 24-hour fitness center with twice-daily fitness classes and personal training. Golf lessons and tennis lessons can be arranged for individuals and groups.
