The Nordic MICE Summit has made the decision to move the show to early November 2021 due to possible travel restrictions and general uncertainty caused by the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

The show is organized by Denmark-based CCMG (Congress Consulting Management Group). Originally scheduled to run in March 2021, it will now take place November 4-6, 2021 at Hotel Ottilia in Copenhagen.

Organizers expect around 50 high level mainly European MICE suppliers from Nordic/European hotels, hotel chains, CVBs, convention bureaus, DMCs and airlines that have an interest in and a strong focus on closer cooperation with the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland) to participate in the event. They also anticipate approximately 50 high-quality MICE Buyers will attend. These buyers will be primarily from the Nordics but also from other strong main MICE markets in Europe.

The three-day event will also feature speed-date meetings and curated activities. To date, business event professionals from Denmark, Germany, Holland, Italy, Scotland, Spain and Switzerland have signed up for the Nordic MICE Summit 2020.

Nordic MICE Summit will be held November 4-6, 2021 at the Hotel Otillia, exterior shown here, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The four+-star Hotel Ottilia is located in the Danish capital’s new urban and cultural district, Carlsberg city district, an area between Frederiksberg, Valby and Vesterbro.

Situated in the heart of Copenhagen, the area was once home to Carlsberg Breweries. The 170-year-old historic brewery site now serves as the district’s core. The development features homes, offices, stores, cafes, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, art galleries, a range of cultural and sports activities and a number of parks and green spaces, all of which are easily explored by foot or bike.
