About the Incentive Research Foundation
The IRF is a private, not-for-profit foundation that funds research studies and develops products serving all segments of the global incentive and recognition industry. The Foundation’s initiatives are focused on pragmatic research highlighting the premise and the power of incentive and motivational programs. Over its 26 years of operation, it has underwritten over 90 projects and committed more than $2 million to research and education. Each year it executes 12-17 studies on industry trends. It also provides hundreds of hours of education each year to all aspects of the incentives and meetings industry. Its major annual event, The IRF Invitational, brings together 400 of the industry’s top executives (buyers and suppliers) for four days of high-quality education and networking. It is not an association and does not maintain membership, but it does have an active constituency of more than 5,000 individuals in its database.
